Do I have to attend both classes?
-No, but you will have a higher chance of advancing ranks faster if you do
When can I join?
-You can join at any time, our class is free-flowing/continuous and not semester based
Can I try a class first?
​-Absolutely, you will just need to sign a waiver in person beforehand
What do I need to bring to sign up?
-Comfortable exercise clothes and a water bottle, we'll provide the rest
